    It’s all true…

(Recently declassified USAF documents detail “Project 1794”, an attempt by the Air Force to build a flying saucer with a top speed of Mach 4 and a range of 4,000 nautical miles)

    Heh.

Nice. You can always count on the Russkies for the simplest solutions (see: Slavshit).

    LOL

This is the same Russia that measured how many tractors to make, and how large the tanks should be, in pounds.

    wat

    Yep.

They literally measured how many tractors and tanks to make in pounds.

So, they ended up having these massive tractors and tanks that couldn’t do anything but sit there.

Terraforming of Mars

The terraforming of Mars is the hypothetical process by which the climate, surface, and known properties of Mars would be deliberately changed with the goal of making it habitable by humans and other terrestrial life, thus providing the possibility of safe and sustainable colonization of large areas of the planet. The concept relies on the assumption that the environment of a planet can be altered through artificial means; the feasibility of creating a planetary biosphere is undetermined.

From NASA’s Earth Observatory:
There have been many images of the full disc of Earth from space – a view often referred to as “the Blue Marble” – but few have looked quite like this. Using natural-color images from the Visible/Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite (VIIRS) on the recently launched Suomi-NPP satellite, a NASA scientist has compiled a new view showing the Arctic and high latitudes.
